24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

NO-SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service. Multiple missed appointments will result in a client being required to pay for the entire service in advance to guarantee the booking OR being banned from booking indefinitely.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they’re unopened and unused, within 7 days with a receipt. If the product is opened or used, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

We understand that getting the right products for your hair care is important, and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you.

We do not refund shipping charges.

 SALON POLICY

All of our gift cards are non-refundable. If you’ve received a gift card for a specific service but do not wish to use it, we will be happy to exchange it for another service of similar or lesser price. Please don’t hesitate to ask about your options. 

Providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority.

All of our hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.

Please note that all shipping prices are for shipping within the United States of America. Tracking Numbers will be sent by the end of business day once items are shipped. Shipping time: 7 - 10 business days once order is shipped from our facility. Allow for processing time. Processing time does not include shipping time.
